Maintenance Team Leader

Job Summary:

• Supervisor- Will spend most of the time supervising skilled trades and helping them.


• Work with Maintenance Senior Maintenance Team Leader to assure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line.


• Will be responsible for preforming weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

• SAP experience.


• Experience with unions/maintenance/safety highly preferred - background in engineering also preferred.


• Must be able to lead a team of union skilled trades that includes pipe fitters. Electricians, and R5s (mechanics).


• Active engagement in Maintenance Safety Culture.
