Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who will manage the upkeep of guest spaces and contribute to a flawless guest experience across multiple properties.
Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of maintenance tasks in guest rooms and spaces, including troubleshooting, light repairs, and major repairs or replacements of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, or other building assets.
- Perform periodic maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other building or room equipment.
- Perform handyman repairs to a high‑level finish, including furniture, doors, windows, patching, painting, and other hardware.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant federal and local safety and productivity guidelines, including OSHA, ADA, and other required regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while completing tasks related to maintenance, repair, or installation.
