Job Description

Job Summary
The Maintenance Technician provides competent and effective maintenance support to plant operations. Identifies, troubleshoots, and repairs problems in mechanical and electrical systems within production equipment and processes. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance and root cause analysis on end-to-end processes.

Job Responsibilities
Performs preventive maintenance (PMs) on all mechanical/electrical systems and modules; this includes but is not limited to disassembly, cleaning, reassembly, and calibration.
Analyze equipment breakdowns, diagnose malfunctions, and apply results to predictive maintenance, design changes, and/or process changes.
Analyzes module error messages, and information obtained from Operational Technicians to troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment.
