White Sands, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in beautiful La Jolla, CA, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician III for our Buildings and Grounds team. As the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in California and one of the largest in the country, we are more than just a place to work. Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm


Pay Range: $29.40 - 32.00, depending on experience. Additional $15/per day for On Call days (rotating on-call schedule)


To be successful in this role, you should have: 

  • 3-5+ years of experience in building maintenance, or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required skills, knowledge, and abilities.
