Job Description

Position: Maintenance Technician, Bell Media, CTV Winnipeg, Bell Media, Unifor 191

Job Status: Regular – Full Time

Location: CTV Winnipeg, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Salary: Group IX Unifor Local 191 – Commensurate with education and experience.

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Shift work including evenings, weekends, overtime and on-call will be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance of all TV broadcast equipment, including high power transmitters, electronic news gathering equipment, Atlas Kit, Dejero, cameras and accessories.
• May be required to work in restricted or close quarters.
• Flexibility with schedule is required in response to emergency repair needs.
• IT and Networking Systems.
• Travel to remote sites as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
