We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team at J Vue at the LMA. This 20-story, 289 unit high-rise apartment building soars amidst the Boston skyline. Located in Boston’s highly desirable Longwood Medical and Academic Area, the building is in close proximity to major universities, employment centers, and museums, in addition to just one block to the T on the Green Line.
Pay rate: $25.00-$30.00 hourly
In the Maintenance Technician role, the primary objective is to provide superior care and customer service to our most valued residents by providing quality, timely and right the first-time responses to residents’ service needs.
