Maintenance Technician – Facilities & Equipment

**Overview**

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility systems and specialized testing infrastructure. This role supports safe, reliable operation of building systems and test environments through preventative maintenance, corrective actions, and coordination with vendors and property management as needed.

Salary: $25- $30/hr DOE

**Responsibilities**

Facility & Equipment Maintenance

+ Perform routine and corrective maintenance on building systems including:
+ HVAC systems
+ Electrical systems (certification preferred)
+ Plumbing systems
+ Deionized (DI) water systems
+ Compressed Dry Air (CDA) systems
+ Cooling towers and chilled water loops
+ Liquid nitrogen supply systems
+ Perform hands-on repairs and minor installations; assist with larger repair efforts as directed
