Demonstrated basic mechanical aptitude through background or hobbies in agriculture, automotive or other technical areasIn lieu of demonstrated mechanical aptitude, two (2) years of FedEx Operations Sortation equipment knowledge will be considered or currently enrolled in a certificate or degree program for Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics or related disciplineRelated military technical experience and electrical or mechanical trade experience will be consideredKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
