Maintenance Technician (Live-in) - Position Description & Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will report directly to the Facilities Manager. As part of their employment, the Maintenance Technician will be provided with a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment on-site at the property. The duties of the position shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform minor electrical work, including but not limited to replacing outlets, ballasts, switches, light bulbs, and working with contractors.
• Perform minor plumbing work, including but not limited to unclogging drain lines, fixture replacement, and working with contractors.
