Compensation: $30 - $37/hour range, plus overnight shift premium
Schedule: Overnight shift, Monday - Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed

Pro Found Recruiting is working on a confidential Maintenance Technician search for a manufacturing company in the Brodhead / Green County area.

This role is responsible for keeping production equipment and plant systems running safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Technician will handle preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, troubleshooting, documentation, and support for production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This is a good fit for a maintenance technician with electrical knowledge, PLC exposure, mechanical troubleshooting ability, and the ability to work independently on an overnight shift.
