**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
This role maintains and repairs CNC machinery and mechanical equipment, with a strong focus on Haas UMC 1000 systems, Mazak and Eurotech CNC lathes, and a variety of production and support equipment. The technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operation of all assigned equipment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Observe mechanical devices in operation to ensure performance aligns with equipment specifications and production requirements.
+ Perform regular preventive maintenance, maintenance, and calibration on CNC equipment, with a particular emphasis on Haas UMC 1000 machines.
+ Apply a solid understanding of the setup and operation of lathes, drill presses, grinders, and other metalworking tools in order to maintain and repair such equipment effectively.
