Monday through Thursday, 8 00 am to 430 pm.Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities

Complete service requests promptly (within 24 hours) and efficiently. Service requests often involve plumbing, minor appliance repair, electrical system repair, HVAC, and everyday routine maintenance.

Groundskeeping tasks to include but not limited to removing litter, pressure washing, cleaning breezeways, and maintaining excellent curb appeal of the property.
