Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Inspect machinery regularly to identify potential issues and minimize downtime.
• Maintain production equipment such as presses, CNC machines, sheet metal fabrication machines, coil manufacturing equipment, assembly lines, compressors, and related systems.
• Install, adjust, and test new machinery and equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and reliability.
• Maintain maintenance records, repair logs, and equipment history.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with production teams to schedule maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
