Maintenance Technician – Food & Beverage
Shifts: 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts available
Greater Sacramento Area (Near Davis / Woodland / Elk Grove)
Position Summary
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing aseptic packaging equipment and supporting production systems. This role ensures maximum uptime, product quality, and compliance with food safety and safety standards. The technician will work hands on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems in a fast paced beverage or food manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on processing, and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and resolve issues with PLC controlled systems, sensors, servos, and automation components
• Execute equipment changeovers...
