JOB SUMMARY

The Maintenance Worker is responsible for performing a variety of skilled and semi‑skilled maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks across district facilities. This position supports safe, clean, and operational learning environments for students and staff in PK–8 buildings. Work includes building systems maintenance, grounds upkeep, and response to daily work orders.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

Reports directly to the Director of Buildings and Grounds.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years of maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
• Experience in a school or public facility setting is desirable.
