Maintenance & Production Operators
**$18/hour and up** _(based on experience and shift)_
**1st, 2nd & 3rd Shifts Available**
**Manufacturing Experience Required**

We are hiring experienced Maintenance & Production Operators to support manufacturing operations across multiple shifts. This role is ideal for skilled individuals who are reliable, safety‑focused, and experienced in equipment maintenance or machine operation.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment
+ Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime
+ Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery
+ Set up and adjust equipment to meet production needs
+ Inspect products and equipment for quality and safety
+ Communicate issues clearly to supervisors
+ Follow all safety and operational procedures
+ Support production goals and team objectives
+ Perform other related duties as assigned
