Maintenance Worker

Summary About the position: This position is Non-appropriated Fund (NAF) and will be assigned to the Bellows Air Force Station in Waimanalo, Hawaii. Responsibilities Responsible to clean common use areas such as building 220 reservation area, conference center, offices, store rooms, stairway, bathhouses camper cabins, campsites, pavilions and empty trash cans, recycle bins when full or directed. Scrubs strips, waxes and polishes floors using heavy powered scrubbers, and buffers. Vacuum cleans rugs. Sweeps, dry and wet mops, scrubs, waxes and polishes floors, using brooms mops, vacuums cleaners and floor scrubbers and buffers; dusts, waxes and polishes furniture. Cleans televisions, computers, picture frames, etc. Perform minor repairs such as replacing plugs on electrical cords, burners on ranges, etc. ensuring all electrical work will be performed while the unit is disconnected.
