As a General Handy-Person / Maintenance Site Superintendent, you will receive and assess maintenance Work Orders to complete in residential units and other structures, and detect malfunctions and needed repairs; make notes and recommendations.
Your work will include:
Daily contact and communication with clients, technical officers, and site managers, and organization of work execution, in line with clients' requests and priorities.
Perform electrical maintenance to include but not limited to replacement or repair of fixtures such as wall switches and outlets, incandescent and fluorescent bulbs and tubes, ballast, sockets, fuses, minor appliances, cords etc. using appropriate hand,...
