Job Description

We're looking for a hands-on team member to support both equipment uptime and material flow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as the primary maintenance support on shift, while also assisting with material handling to keep production running smoothly. 
Maintenance (Primary Responsibility)
Serve as the primary point of contact for all equipment issues on the production floor

Troubleshoot and repair assembly equipment, fixtures, and basic automation

Perform and track preventive maintenance (PMs) using maintenance software

Document work orders, repairs and PM completion using maintenance software

Respond quickly to downtime and restore equipment to running condition

Identify repeat issues and implement corrective actions

Support and verify error-proofing systems (poka-yoke, sensors, fixtures, etc.)
