CVG Properties is looking for a skilled, customer service-oriented, hands-on Maintenance Lead Supervisor to join our Dallas Team and lead our maintenance efforts on two newer communities (196 units total) located in the Lower Greenville and Oak Lawn neighborhoods of Dallas.

As the Maintenance Lead/Supervisor, you will work closely with the Community Manager basing your daily efforts out of our West Lemmon community, but will coordinate, work on, and travel between the communities as necessary to lead all day-to-day maintenance operations.
