Job Description

Our Maître D’ supports the General Manager (GM) or Manager on Duty (MOD) in the main dining room, delivering exceptional guest experiences while assisting with operational duties. This role is hourly, flexible to 4-5 nights per week, and intended to complement the leadership team with guest relations, service leadership, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:


Guest service and experience:

  • Tend to guests, anticipate needs, and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and courtesy.

  • Serve as a prominent, approachable point of contact for guests during dining service.

  • Manage flow of guests to ensure timely seating, smooth service, and high guest satisfaction.
