:Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated Major Works Tester in Charge who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The position is based in Brisbane, Australia.
We are currently seeking a major works Tester in Charge to be responsible for the planning, control, execution, and certification of signalling testing and commissioning activities on major ETCS L2 project. This role ensures signalling system is tested safely, systematically, and in compliance with approved test plans, standards, and safe working requirements prior to entry into service.
Key accountabilities:
Supporting the T&C manager by leading signalling T&C activities for major work package.
Directing and supervising commissioning engineers to plan and execute T&C works.
Responsible for schedule management.
