Responsibilities:

•   (included, but are not limited to) Prepare vacant apartments for move in Sweeps sidewalks and keeps them clean and clear of debris and hazards.


• Keeps all exterior areas of the property clean and free of all debris by picking up trash and cigarette butts Keeps all dumpster areas clean and presentable.
• Ensures that all exterior lighting is operable, changes bulbs when needed Clears all vacant apartments of any debris, trash or any other items left behind by previous resident(s) before the apartment being made-ready.
