Job Description
We are currently recruiting Male Support Workers to join a dedicated specialist support team in North Kesteven, Lincolnshire.
We are supporting an individual with Autism, ADHD, Learning Disabilities, Cerebral Palsy (ambulant), PICA, and trauma-related emotional needs. This is a highly rewarding role supporting someone with complex needs who requires consistent, skilled, and person-centred support.
Due to the nature of the behaviours presented, we are seeking male support workers who are confident, resilient, and experienced in managing complex and challenging behaviours within a Positive Behaviour Support framework.
Role: Male Support Worker – Driver ideal but not essential
Pay Rate: £12.90 per hour
Shifts: Days and Waking Nights Available
Hours: Full-time & Part-time
