Job Description

Job Summary:
Performs specialized examinations of the breast to help in the diagnosis and treatment of breast disease. Performs all required procedures in the department while operating specialized equipment. Acts as a competent clinician who provides clinical care in a skilled and effective manner, utilizing appropriate technical and decision-making skills.

Job Requirements:
Education and Work Experience:
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology: Required
Experience as a Mammography Technologist: Preferred
Licenses/Certifications:
Radiologic Tech (RT) and Mammography Technologist: Required in CA
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Radiography (ARRT-R): Required
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – Mammography (ARRT-M): Required in OR, Preferred in CA and HI
Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required<...
