Job Description

Role Summary:Assist our International Services team in delivering mission-critical IT and communication solutions. This internship offers hands-on experience with mission critical software applications, AI, and automation used in command centers.Key Responsibilities:

Shadow & Learn: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting mission-critical IT and Radio systems.

Incident Support: Assist in tracking system performance and documenting incident resolutions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with web, mobile, and middleware teams to understand complex technical workflows.

Documentation: Help prepare reports for customer meetings regarding service availability.

SLA Awareness: Learn how to monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
