As an MS Server Engineer (L2) you will maintain clients' IT infrastructure and systems, proactively monitor, identify, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems, and support change and automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor work queues.
• Perform operational tasks to resolve incidents/requests within agreed SLAs.
• Update tickets with resolution tasks.
• Identify, investigate and analyze issues before they impact service, logging all incidents in a timely manner.
• Capture required information for immediate resolution.
• Provide second‑level support for incidents and requests and identify root causes.
• Communicate with other teams and clients to extend support.
• Execute changes with clear risk identification and mitigation plans captured in the change record.
