Management Accountant / Plant Controller

We are seeking a driven and proactive professional to act as the financial backbone of our manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about transforming operational and financial data into meaningful insights, supporting informed decision-making, driving continuous improvement, and influencing others through a hands‑on approach.

Working closely with production and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will focus on financial planning and analysis, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and strengthening long‑term plant performance.

This position may be structured as a Plant Controller role for candidates with the experience and capability to take full ownership of plant financial performance and stakeholder management.
