Job Description
Work with a leading property group with a strong market reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts for property portfolios
- Budgeting, forecasting & detailed variance analysis per building/portfolio
- Cash flow forecasting and CAPEX tracking
- Monitor rental income, recoveries, and operating costs
- Ensure IFRS and tax compliance within the property portfolio
- Oversee VAT, income tax, and statutory reporting
Skills & Requirements:
- BCom in Accounting/Finance (Honours advantageous)
- 5+ years’ experience (property industry highly advantageous)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
- Ability to engage with executives and operational teams
