Your new role As a Management Accountant, you will play a key role in supporting the finance function and driving business performance. Your responsibilities will include: Prepare monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain and update standard costs, BOMs, routings, and labour/machine rates. Analyse manufacturing variances: PPV, material usage, labour, overheads, and efficiency.
