Management Analyst

Summary The Management Analyst position is within the Support Services Division (SSD) of the Regional Office (RO). The Management Analyst provides program, administrative, technical, analytical, and management support to the Chief and Assistant Chief, as well as other staff members. Responsibilities The Management Analyst supports the Chief with managing the front office and assisting the supervisory staff by carrying out a complete range of administrative, project management, and analytical functions. They are also responsible for the following duties but are not limited to: Developing, analyzing, evaluating, and improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, management controls, information, and documentation systems. Handling correspondence and is privy to sensitive employee and labor relations issues.
