Responsibilities Provides analysis and assessment of enterprise-wide Defense Health Agency initiatives for the Defense Health Agency Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Office. Manages complex Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests requiring interpretation of statutory requirements, case law, and agency regulations to ensure accurate, timely, and legally sufficient responses. Conducts record searches and performs detailed line-by-line review of sensitive records. Applies Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) exemptions with precision. Prepares defensible rationales that balance transparency with protection of sensitive information.
