Management and Program Analyst (Senior Analyst)

Summary This position is located in the Air Traffic Organization's Service Center. The incumbent is a Senior Analyst to the Group Manager and applies experience and expert knowledge of ATO programs, along with knowledge of analytical and investigative techniques, to analyze operational challenges, assess planned and potential new solutions, and recommend solutions. Responsibilities This work is critical to the safety of the NAS. The incumbent is a recognized subject matter expert in a specialized area and provides leadership for highly complex and challenging activities under the minimal direction of a manager or executive. Serves as a confidential integrator in all aspects of program responsibilities to include, but not limited to, conducting program studies, potential bargaining unit impacts/issues/resolution, operating practices or procedures with a view toward their acceptability within organization/national plans.
