MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operation and maintenance of the company's inventory management systems. Analyze business processes and recommend improvements through IT system enhancements. Integrate sales, procurement, warehousing (including cold storage), and distribution systems to ensure seamless data flow. Lead IT projects related to order tracking, cold chain monitoring, and customer data systems. Manage and maintain databases, user access control, and data security. Work closely with logistics and sales teams to ensure proper reporting and dashboard automation. Coordinate with third-party vendors or software providers for system upgrades and support. Train and support internal users on IT systems and software tools. Ensure compliance with data protection and cybersecurity policies.
