MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST

Summary You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD. Responsibilities You will be the technical authority and subject matter expert in the database that is used to track, trend, and analyze the operational readiness of Portsmouth Naval Shipyard’s radiological emergency response. You will develop, schedule, and track the department’s annual training plan. You will overview staffing plan implementation and succession planning to ensure that adequate resources are available to respond to emergency shipboard fires, reactor accidents, and transportation emergency response within and off the shipyard. You will manage purchases, budget, and travel by developing long term strategic plans and recommendations to the chain of command based on data analyses and predictive forecasting.
