Renewable Power (Contract Execution & Compliance)

Overview : Executing Renewable Power documentation, financial modelling, RFQ coordination, and captive compliances. It involves handling PPA/SHA documentation, conducting renewable power analyses, preparing financial evaluations, comparative charts and approval note.

Major Responsibility Areas

1. Documentation Execution
2. Draft and execute key documents such as Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and Shareholder Agreements (SHA) incorporating approved commercial terms
3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders including the legal team, plant teams for inputs, clarifications, and issue resolution
4. Conduct meetings with vendors for document discussions, clarifications, and alignment towards finalization.
