Management Training Production

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the production team in their daily activities, including troubleshooting, production issues, coordinating workflow and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and product guidance to production staff including training, performance evaluation and coaching to maximize productivity and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain accurate production records including production output, downtime and other relevant data and prepare reports for management review.

Education

• STM/STPM (Preferred)
