Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships (Bogotá)

Overview

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manager, 3rd Party Vendor Relationships to lead the strategy and day‑to‑day management of third‑party vendor relationships that support HR operations. This role will partner across HR, Procurement, Finance, and Compliance to optimize vendor performance and drive continuous improvement across outsourced services.

Locations: Bogotá, Distrito Capital, Colombia (Requisition R- ) or Raynham, Massachusetts, USA (Requisition R- ).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery from third‑party HR vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and policies.
• Develop, implement, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) across financial, operational, and quality metrics.
