The Opportunity

Are you ready to lead the engine room of Nutanix’s technical talent pipeline? We are looking for a Manager for the SE Academy based in our Barcelona hub. In this role, you will bridge the gap between global program strategy and regional execution.As an MR3 Manager, you will be the operational lead for the EMEA Academy, ensuring that every cohort is scheduled, resourced, and mentored to perfection. You will work closely with Global Program Leadership to translate budget and high-level strategy into a world-class experience for our Associate Systems Engineers.

Your Role

Hub Operations & Execution: Support the Global Program Manager by managing the day-to-day resources, facilities, and scheduling for all Barcelona-based cohorts.

Performance & People Management: You will hold formal responsibility for the hiring, performance reviews, career development, and promotion readiness of Associates.
