Manager – Account Payable

Responsibilities

• Lead the AP team to manage efficiently, compliant and timely payment process in line with project cash flow and management approvals.
• Oversee the full spectrum of AP operations, including leading and supervising AP team, assigning workloads, training, mentoring, and monitoring performance to ensure deadlines are met.
• Review and assess the proper accounting treatment of any AP transactions which are affect the financial accounting.
• Work closely with GL team and monitor the AP team monthly financial closing activities and to ensure the submission and all internal monthly reporting are on time.
• Work closely with Credit Control team to reconcile progress billing collections ensuring timely cash inflow and resolve issue arise, if any.
• Discussion with relevant suppliers/contractors/internal departments for process improvement and resolve issue arise, if any.
