Manager, Accounting - NBC Sports

Job Description

The Manager of Accounting will play a key role in the general accounting and compliance initiatives for NBC Sports. Ths includes responsibility for the Sports Balance Sheet, Account Reconciliations, and Corporate Deliverables. This position will support the Senior Director of Accounting and work closely with leadership across FP&A, Production, GFO, as well as controllership counterparts across the Media Group.

This position will support the monthly close and the overall accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting. The role will support the (i) standardization of existing processes with the rest of NBCU’s Controllership group, (ii) identification of business process efficiencies, and (iii) implementation of best practices.
