Job Description
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze large banking datasets from various internal and external sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for increasing revenue and improving operational efficiency.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Proactively identify areas of potential revenue loss or improvement and provide data‑driven recommendations to management and business units (e.g., market penetration, sales coverage, product preferences).
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams and the Senior Management to gather and document business requirements, ensuring the developed BI solutions align with business objectives.
