Job Description
The **AI Governance Manager** runs the day‑to‑day execution of IHG’s enterprise AI governance program. The role operationalizes and leads AI intake and risk reviews, prepares use cases for Responsible AI Steering Committee (SteerCo) review, and tracks decisions and follow‑through to ensure responsible AI adoption across the enterprise. It also develops clear, practical guidance to help teams understand when and how to use AI responsibly. This is a hands‑on governance role focused on turning AI risk and policy requirements into simple, repeatable processes that teams can easily follow.
