Manager (Analysis & Research)

You will be part of a branch studying emerging and disruptive technologies and developing effective work processes for the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF).

• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on emerging technologies to support strategic and operational planning.
• Maintain oversight of developments in the global defence technology landscape and ecosystems.
• Build and maintain a knowledge base of technology developments.
• Synthesise data from multiple sources to provide decision‑makers with accurate, relevant, and timely assessments on emerging technologies.
• Contribute to developing work processes that facilitate collaboration and information exchange within the Defence Tech Community.

• Critically analysing geopolitical dynamics, strategic interests, and complex ecosystems and regulatory environments in the defence industry.
