Citizen, a global PR agency, is hiring a Manager for our Applied Intelligence team to develop and lead measurement and analytics solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities include owning end‑to‑end effectiveness stories, building custom measurement models, gathering and analyzing complex data, and delivering compelling insights and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Own the Effectiveness Story: Act as the ultimate anchor for campaign measurement. You will synthesize data across earned, owned, and paid channels to build cohesive, bullet‑proof narratives that prove how our work drives real business impact for global brands.
• Bespoke Measurement & Framework Development: Architect custom measurement models and frameworks tailored specifically to unique client objectives. Build and execute methodology to solve complex brand questions.
