Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement and manage sales activity of the internal sales team.
2. Set and achieve sales targets within the team.
3. Monitor and drive the performance of the team against these targets.
4. Develop and drive the internal sales team to achieve key sales metrics.
5. Order intake and revenue target.
6. Call cycle targets.

9. Identify training needs and develop training plans.
