Functional Responsibilities

• Establish closer rapport with existing business banking clients to increase utilization of banking facilities and improve profitability.
• Plan and strategise on marketing activities to enhance existing portfolios at the business centre.
• Actively monitor Pre‑NPL/Watch list/High‑Risk accounts to regularise account conduct through restructuring, rescheduling, or exiting relationships to minimise potential losses.
• Check credit application proposals and requests prepared by ARMs/AROs prior to submission to the Regional Manager and CED.
• Ensure ARMs/AROs submit credit application reviews promptly to minimise account delinquency.
• Submit various periodic reports to the Regional Office or Head Office on time, including monthly reports on business centre performance, marketing calls/new prospects, overdue CA, high‑risk acco...
