Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple data centers within the cluster, ensuring all systems and infrastructure function optimally and achieve 100% uptime and compliance with customers’ SLAs. Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure data center efficiency and reliability. Manage incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution to minimize downtime and service disruptions. Measure operational metrics, analyze data, and identify risks.
