We’re seeking a motivated professional to join our team in Mexico City , Torre Mayor as Manager, Compensation Consulting (Pay for Results & Executive Compensation)-Career Hub . This hybrid role requires working from the office at least three days per week. Responsibilities

We will count on you to:

Lead project delivery as a senior team member across Pay for Results & Executive Compensation solution areas. Executive Rewards: Benchmarks, Competitiveness analysis (Top Executives), Job Evaluation, Salary Structures. Philosophy and Compensation Strategy for Senior Executives. Design and implementation of Variable Incentive Plans: Sales compensation, Short‑Term Incentives, Long‑Term Incentives, Retention/Attraction/Severance & CIC plans. Board Compensation. Participate in projects related to IPO & Spin‑off compensation strategy, M&A - HR Due Diligence, Workforce and Organization Transformation, Talent Management and Performance Management.
