Position Summary

Under the direction of the Vice President of Facilities Management, identifies and meets the needs of McLaren Health Care and its subsidiaries (MHC) relative to the planning, design, construction and equipping of: tenant improvements, clinics, medical service buildings, cancer centers, and other health care related buildings.This position assures that buildings are designed and constructed according the Minimum Design Standards for Healthcare Buildings in the State of Michigan.This position also ensures that the Corporate Construction Project Management Software eBuilder is maintained and implemented through the employed construction management coordinator.This position also ensures all design and construction activity is completed with the highest regard for cost, quality, and schedule.
